How do you handle farmer settlement statements?

We have weak internet at the market yard. Is that a problem?
It can be handled. A mobile app can store entries locally and upload when the signal returns. That adds some development work, so it is listed separately in the quote. We test it by switching the phone to airplane mode during a demo.
