Invoices from Sheets or your billing tool trigger reminders by WhatsApp or email before and after the due date, with a UPI payment link. Paid invoices stop the reminders.
Document and email handling
Attachments are saved to Drive, data is read from them with AI, and records are updated. Unclear items go to a review sheet instead of being guessed.

Questions we get asked
Should we use n8n, Make or custom code?
Make suits quick, simple flows. n8n can be self-hosted, which controls cost and keeps data on your server. Custom code fits heavy logic or high volume. We choose per workflow and explain the trade-off in the quote.
Who pays for the tool subscriptions?
You do, directly, on accounts you own. We never put your workflows on our personal accounts. n8n self-hosting costs only server charges, while cloud tools bill by number of operations. We hand over admin access and documentation at the end, so nothing depends on us.
Can we send WhatsApp messages automatically?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Messages to customers outside a 24-hour conversation need pre-approved templates, and you must have their consent. We handle template submission and opt-in wording. Replies in a customer-started chat are free-form inside that window, and costs depend on Meta's conversation pricing.
What if an automation fails at night?
Each workflow has error alerts to email or WhatsApp and retries for temporary failures. Items that fail are held in a queue rather than lost, so someone can resolve them in the morning. You also get a short written note on what failed and how it was fixed.
Where does AI fit into automation?
AI handles tasks where input is free text, such as classifying enquiries, extracting fields from documents or drafting replies. Fixed steps like moving a row stay as plain rules. Using AI only where needed keeps cost and risk low.
Can you fix automations someone else built?
Yes. We start by documenting what each automation does, find the failures and unused ones, and then repair or rebuild. You often end up paying for fewer operations after cleanup. We then document the result so the next change takes minutes, not days.
