Law Firm Website Development for Indian Advocates and Chambers
A clear, restrained website for advocates, chambers and legal practices, with practice-area pages, enquiry forms and booking that suit professional rules.
This page covers law firm website development for advocates, small chambers and mid-sized legal practices in India. We build practice-area pages, an about section for each lawyer, enquiry and appointment forms, and a fast mobile site that a worried client can use within a minute. It is written for advocates who want a credible public presence without breaching professional norms.
Legal websites have an unusual constraint. The Bar Council of India rules restrict how advocates may advertise and solicit work, so a normal marketing page can cause problems. We build the site as an information resource, and you should confirm the wording and structure with your Bar Council or your own adviser before launch. We are not giving legal advice. Our job is the structure, speed and mobile experience, while the wording stays under your control.
What law firms need from a website
Restraint in claims
Avoid ranking-style wording, success promises or client testimonials unless your professional rules allow them. Content should state areas of practice, experience in plain terms and how to get in touch.
Practice-area clarity
A visitor searching for a property dispute lawyer needs a page about property disputes, not a general list. Each area gets its own page, court coverage and the documents usually needed.
Enquiry intake that protects confidentiality
A form should collect only what is needed for a first call, and warn visitors not to send confidential documents through it. Sensitive material should move through a secure channel later.
Local and multilingual reach
Many clients search in Hindi or Marathi and want to know which courts you appear in. Pages should name the city, forums and languages you work in.
What we build for legal practices
Practice-area and lawyer pages
Individual pages for each area and each advocate, with enrolment details you supply and a plain biography. Structured data helps search engines read them.
Appointment booking
A booking page with consultation slots, buffer times and payment of a consultation fee by UPI if you charge one. Confirmations go by email and WhatsApp.
Contact and case-type intake
A short form with case type, city and preferred language. It routes to the right advocate and logs enquiries in a sheet or CRM.
Knowledge pages and updates
General explainers on procedure, such as how a notice reply works. They carry a disclaimer and are reviewed by you before publishing.
What it costs
A single-lawyer profile page can start at the ₹17,500 landing page level. Booking, payments and multilingual content add to the quote.
Questions we get asked
What do Bar Council rules mean for my website?
Rules restrict advertising and solicitation by advocates, so many practices keep sites factual. We cannot interpret the rules for you. Please check the current rules and your State Bar Council's guidance, and give us the approved wording. We will build to that.
Can I show client testimonials or case results?
That is a question for your Bar Council and your own adviser, since professional rules are strict. We can build the section, but we recommend leaving it out unless you are sure it is permitted. We will not invent testimonials or results.
How should the enquiry form handle confidential details?
Collect only the minimum for a first call, such as name, contact, case type and city. Add a note not to upload sensitive documents. Documents should go through a secure portal after engagement, which is a separate build.
Can the site list consultation fees and take UPI payments?
Yes. We can show a consultation fee, take payment by UPI or card through a standard gateway and issue a GST invoice if you are registered. Whether and how you display fees is your professional decision.
