Custom Software Development in Loni for Industrial Units

Tailor-made software for Loni businesses whose work no off-the-shelf package fits, built remotely by a Pune and Nashik team.

NioDelta is a Pune and Nashik studio, and we write custom software for Loni businesses remotely. The usual starting point is a spreadsheet or a Tally export that has outgrown its job. We study how your work really flows and build a system that matches it.

Loni is a dense mix of small factories, godowns, traders and workshops on the eastern edge of Delhi. Many run on registers, WhatsApp and one trusted accountant. That works until a second shift starts, a second godown opens or a large buyer asks for proper records.

Custom software starts at ₹1,50,000 excluding GST for a focused first version. The price is fixed in writing after a free discovery call. If a packaged tool already covers 90 percent of your need, we say so and save you the build cost.

Where custom software fits in Loni

01

Small manufacturing units

A unit with batches, raw material and job work needs to know what is in stock and what is pending. Software can track material in, production steps and goods out, with a daily report for the owner. It replaces the end-of-day phone call to the supervisor.

02

Godowns and distribution

Traders who stock goods for NCR shops need dispatch slips, vehicle trips and party-wise balances. A simple system links orders to stock and prints challans and GST invoices. It cuts the errors that come from copying data between books.

03

Contractors and service firms

Firms that send staff to sites need attendance, job cards and billing in one place. A mobile-friendly web app lets a supervisor log work from the site. The office sees it the same day and bills faster.

04

Owners who want one view of the business

When sales sit in one file and expenses in another, nobody sees profit by customer or product. A dashboard that reads from your records shows what moves and what blocks cash. It is built around the questions you already ask.

How the work runs with a Loni client

01

Shop-floor questions first

We start with a long call and, if useful, a screen recording of how your team works today. Hindi is fine for these sessions. We write the requirements back in plain English and Hindi for you to approve.

02

Small releases, early use

You get a working first module in weeks, not a big reveal after months. Your staff use it, tell us what is wrong and we adjust. A one-month support window follows launch.

03

You own the code

The source code and data belong to you. We invoice with GST and document the system so another developer can take over if you ever choose that.

What it costs

Starts at ₹1,50,000 (excl. GST)

This covers a focused first version of a web-based system with login, roles and reports. The final figure depends on how many workflows and integrations are in scope.

  • Number of user roles and screens
  • Integration with Tally or GST tools
  • Data migration from old registers or sheets
  • Mobile access for site or shop-floor staff

Prices exclude 18% GST. Every quote is fixed and written.

Loni questions

Why not just buy a ready-made ERP for my Loni unit?

If a ready package fits your process, buy it. Custom software makes sense when your steps are unusual, when licences cost more over years than a build, or when staff refuse to use a tool that does not match their work. We compare both honestly.

Can the system work with Tally?

Often yes. We can export vouchers, parties and items in a format Tally accepts, or read data from it for reports. A full two-way sync is more complex and quoted separately. We confirm what is possible after seeing your Tally setup.

Our staff are not comfortable with computers. Will they cope?

We design for them. Large buttons, Hindi labels, few fields per screen and a phone-friendly layout help a lot. We train your staff on screen share, and we keep the first version small so nobody is overwhelmed by new steps.

What if our Loni unit has patchy internet?

We design around it. Screens are light, forms save progress and key tasks can be repeated if a connection drops. A fully offline mode is a larger build and is quoted only if your site truly needs it.

How long does a first version take?

A focused web system with one or two workflows usually takes a couple of months, but we do not promise a date before understanding your scope. The written quote after discovery lists milestones so you can see progress at each stage.
