Mobile App Development in Bengaluru: From Idea to Store-Ready MVP

MVP builds for Bengaluru founders who need a working Android and iOS app in about a quarter, with a codebase they own.

NioDelta is a Pune and Nashik software studio, and we build mobile apps for Bengaluru founders and companies remotely. We use Flutter or React Native so one codebase serves Android and iOS, which keeps an early budget within reach. We write the scope in plain English so founders and investors can both follow it.

Founders in Bengaluru often arrive with a deck, a Figma file and a deadline set by a funding round or pilot customer. The risk is not that the app cannot be built. The risk is building too much: every extra feature before launch delays learning what users actually do. Even small teams in the city benefit from this discipline, since runway is always limited.

So we treat the first release as an experiment. We cut scope until the app does one job well, ship it to real users, and add features only when usage shows they matter. You keep the source code and store accounts throughout. We also protect the schedule by locking decisions early and reviewing progress every week.

Mobile app development in Bengaluru: common app situations

01

Pre-seed and seed MVPs

A founder needs something to put in front of pilot customers and investors in weeks. The MVP should include sign-in, the core flow, basic admin tools and analytics, and nothing that does not support the one claim you are testing. We often suggest a short list of features to cut before the first quote.

02

Apps for existing businesses going digital

Established companies in the city add apps for customers, staff or partners. These projects need integration with existing billing or ERP systems, so API access and data quality come up early in scoping. Where legacy systems are involved, a thin API layer is added instead of rewriting everything.

03

Consumer apps with city-scale usage

Bengaluru users have many choices and low tolerance for slow apps. Cold start time, image size and offline behaviour decide retention, so we measure them on mid-range phones during development. Crash reports and performance traces guide the fixes after launch.

04

Enterprise and field-force apps

Companies with technicians, auditors or sales reps want mobile data capture that syncs when the connection returns. Role-based access and device policies matter more than visual polish. Device management needs are asked about in discovery, since they affect design.

How the MVP engagement works

01

Fixed scope, written quote

After a free discovery call you get a written scope and price. Changes go through a short change note so budget surprises do not appear at the end.

02

Ten to twelve weeks to an MVP

The timeline covers design, build, testing and store submission for an MVP-sized scope. Weekly test builds let your team and pilot users react early.

03

Your accounts, your code

Developer accounts, repositories and backend credentials are in your company's name from day one, which investors and acquirers will check in due diligence.

What it costs

App MVPs start at ₹2,00,000 (excl. 18% GST)

This is for a focused MVP on both platforms from one codebase. Marketplaces, real-time features or heavy backend work are quoted after discovery.

  • Number of screens and user roles
  • Backend and API complexity
  • Third-party integrations
  • Admin panel and analytics

Prices exclude 18% GST. Every quote is fixed and written.

Bengaluru questions

Flutter or React Native: which should my Bengaluru start-up pick?

Both ship Android and iOS from one codebase. Flutter gives very consistent visuals and good performance. React Native suits teams that already know JavaScript or React. We recommend based on your hiring plans and the features you need. We build a small prototype if you are unsure which fits.

Will investors accept a cross-platform app?

Investors care about traction, retention and execution speed, not framework choice. Many successful products ship with cross-platform code. If a feature truly needs native performance, we flag it early and isolate that part. Questions on this are best answered by looking at your actual roadmap.

Can my in-house engineers take over the code later?

Yes. We write documented, conventional code, keep a clean repository and run a handover session. You can hire engineers to continue it, or keep us for further sprints. Either way, the code is yours. Documentation covers setup, release steps and structure.

How do you handle Play Store and App Store review?

We prepare listings, privacy details and test accounts, submit builds and respond to reviewer questions. First-time submissions can need a round or two of fixes, so we plan buffer before your launch date. We recommend launching a few weeks ahead of any hard external date.

Do we need a backend, or can the app run on Firebase?

Firebase suits many MVPs and keeps the first cost low. A custom backend is better when you have complex rules, reporting or expect to migrate. We recommend one after understanding your data and growth plans. A migration path is documented either way.
