AI Solutions for Crypto & Web3 Businesses

Support bots, document search and internal automation for exchanges and Web3 teams, with firm limits on what the AI may say.

This page covers AI chatbots and workflow automation for crypto and Web3 companies: a support assistant on WhatsApp or your site, a tool that sorts incoming tickets, a search over your docs and policies, and helpers for your compliance and operations staff. It does not cover trading bots or price prediction.

In this sector the main risk of AI is a confident wrong answer. A bot that tells a user a coin will rise, or that a withdrawal is safe when it is not, creates real harm. So we design the opposite of a free-talking bot. Answers come only from your approved help content, anything about money or advice is handed to a person, and your adviser reviews the rules.

What crypto and Web3 teams need from AI

01

Support that handles the repeated questions

Most tickets ask where a deposit is, why KYC is pending or how to reset a device. A bot can answer these from your status data and free staff for disputes.

02

Hard limits on advice

The assistant must refuse to predict prices, recommend assets or comment on whether something is a good investment. We write these refusals as fixed rules, tested before launch, not as a polite hope.

03

Scam and phishing awareness

Crypto users are targeted constantly. The bot should warn that staff never ask for seed phrases or OTPs, and should flag messages that look like impersonation attempts.

04

Help for internal reviewers

Compliance and ops staff read long documents and notes. AI can summarise a case and highlight missing items, while a person always makes the decision.

What we build for crypto and Web3 AI

01

WhatsApp and web support assistant

Answers from your approved help pages, with live lookup of deposit or KYC status after the user verifies by OTP. Hindi, English and Marathi are supported.

02

Ticket sorting and routing

Incoming emails and chats are labelled by topic and urgency, and security or fraud reports jump to the front of the queue.

03

Documentation search

A search box over your docs, fee tables and policies that returns the source paragraph with each answer, so readers can check it.

04

Case summary helper

For compliance staff: a short summary of an account's activity and notes with every statement linked to its record. It suggests, and a reviewer decides.

When this is the wrong choice. Do not use AI to replace human judgement on freezes, rejections or complaints about lost funds. Also skip it if your help content is thin, since a bot cannot answer well from nothing.

What it costs

Starts at ₹1,00,000 (excl. GST) for an AI chatbot and automation

Cost depends on channels, languages and how many systems the bot must read. Model usage fees are paid by you directly and are explained in the written quote.

Questions we get asked

Can the bot give trading tips or price views?

No, and we build it to refuse. Predictions and recommendations can mislead users and may create legal exposure for your company. The assistant explains how your product works and where a transaction stands, and it passes anything resembling advice to a human or declines.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

It answers only from content you have approved, and it shows the source. If it cannot find a match, it says so and offers a human. We test with a set of tricky questions before launch and review real conversations in the first weeks.

Is user data sent to an AI provider?

Only what is needed, and we remove wallet addresses, document numbers and phone details where we can. Which provider and where data is processed is stated in the quote. Your privacy adviser should confirm the setup fits your own policy and the law.

Can AI help with fraud or suspicious activity checks?

It can sort and summarise alerts to save reviewer time. It should not block or freeze accounts alone. Rules and thresholds come from your compliance adviser, and every automated flag is reviewed by a person who records the final decision.
