Crypto & Web3 Web App Development: Dashboards, KYC, Wallets
Browser-based dashboards and back offices for exchanges, brokers, custody tools and Web3 products, built with the care money screens deserve.
This page is about the logged-in side of a crypto business: the customer dashboard, the onboarding and KYC flow, wallet connection, order and transaction history, and the admin panel your operations team uses every day. If you only need a public site, read our crypto website page instead.
Screens that show balances and orders carry a different weight from marketing pages. A wrong number or a duplicated transaction costs trust at once. We build these apps around correct state, clear audit trails and slow, careful releases. We do not build matching engines or custody systems from scratch, and we say so early. Compliance questions go to your own adviser.
What crypto and Web3 products need from a web app
Numbers that are never ambiguous
Balances, pending items and fees must show exactly one value with a timestamp. We keep money amounts as exact decimals, never floating numbers, and show pending and settled states separately.
KYC without leaking documents
Most teams use a licensed KYC provider and receive a status back. The app should store the status and a reference, not copies of Aadhaar or PAN images, and limit who on staff can view anything sensitive.
Wallet connection that does not overreach
Users connect a wallet to prove ownership or sign a message. The app should ask for the least permission, explain each signature request in words, and never hold a private key.
An operations view for your own team
Support staff need to search a user, see a transaction trail, freeze an account and export records for your accountant. Without this, every question becomes a developer ticket.
What we build for crypto and Web3 web apps
Customer dashboard
Portfolio view, transaction history, statements and settings, with sessions that expire and device checks for sensitive actions. Charts come from your own data service.
Onboarding and verification flow
Step-by-step sign-up with email and mobile OTP, a hand-off to your KYC provider, and clear screens for pending, approved and rejected cases.
Wallet and exchange integrations
Connection to wallets and to the APIs of your chosen liquidity or custody partners. We design for partner downtime, with retries that never submit the same order twice.
Admin and reporting panel
Role-based access, action logs that cannot be edited, and CSV exports for finance. Fiat deposits through UPI or bank transfer can be reconciled against the ledger.
What it costs
A full exchange-style product with wallets, KYC and a ledger costs well above the starting figure. Scope is fixed in a written quote after a discovery call.
Questions we get asked
Can you build a full crypto exchange?
We build the web application layer: dashboards, onboarding, admin and partner integrations. A matching engine, custody and licences are separate and heavy. Most teams use a white-label engine or liquidity partner, and we integrate with it. Whether you may operate at all is for your lawyer to confirm.
How do you keep user data and funds records safe?
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based staff access and unalterable action logs, and we keep sensitive documents with your KYC provider. No web app is risk-free, so we recommend an independent security review before launch. That review is quoted separately.
Do you test with real money or real users?
Never at first. We build and test against partner sandboxes and test wallets, then run a limited trial with small internal amounts before opening up. Release happens in steps, with a way to pause new orders quickly if something looks wrong.
Can INR deposits through UPI be added?
Yes, through a payment partner that agrees to serve your business type. Some gateways decline crypto-related merchants, so confirm this early. We handle the integration and the reconciliation screens, but the bank or gateway decides whether your account is approved.
