Many parents use phones with limited storage and 3G-like speeds. The app must be small, load text first and cache notices so they open without data.
Push notifications that matter
Fee due, absent today, bus delayed, exam timetable. Too many alerts get the app uninstalled, so we let the school pick categories and quiet hours. We test notification volume with a small group of parents before the full rollout.
Language and readability
Parents read in Hindi, Marathi or English. Notices need proper fonts and clear layout, not tiny English-only text.

What it costs
Mobile apps start at ₹2,00,000 excluding GST, and a first MVP typically takes 10 to 12 weeks. Cost moves with the number of user roles, live video, payments and integration with your existing records. Apple and Google developer account fees are paid by you and are not part of our quote.
Questions we get asked
Do we need separate Android and iPhone apps?
No. With Flutter or React Native we write one codebase and release to both stores. Most Indian parent bases are mostly Android, so we test hardest on mid-range and older Android phones. iOS adds a developer account fee, which you pay to Apple. We also keep the app small so it installs on phones with little free space.
Can the app work without a school management system?
Technically yes, but the data has to come from somewhere. Without software behind it, staff would type everything twice. We usually build or connect the data side first, then the app reads from it. Plan the data first.
Who owns the app on the Play Store?
You do. We publish under your Google Play developer account, so your institute is not locked to us. You also own the source code. Play review rules, including data safety forms, apply, and we help you complete them.
How do parents pay fees in the app?
Through UPI or a payment gateway such as Razorpay, with an automatic receipt. The gateway charges its own fees. We match payments to student records so the accountant can reconcile against the bank statement. Fees stay under your control.
