Education Website Development for Schools and Coaching Classes

A school or coaching website that answers parents' questions before they phone the office, and brings in admission enquiries you can follow up.

This page covers education website development for schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes and skill academies. We plan, design and build the public website: courses, faculty, results, fee structure, admission process and enquiry forms. It is a marketing and information site, not the software that runs your school internally. Content stays editable by your staff.

Most parents visit on a phone, often on a modest Android handset with patchy data, and often after a relative or neighbour mentioned your name. They look for three things: is the fee clear, is the place credible, and how do I apply. A good education site makes those three answers easy to reach in under a minute.

What schools and coaching institutes need from a website

01

Admission clarity

Parents want the fee slabs, age cut-offs, documents required and key dates on one page. Hiding them behind a phone call loses the enquiry from people who only research at night.

02

Trust without exaggeration

Results, faculty profiles, campus photos and affiliation details build credibility. Every claim needs to be one you can stand behind if a parent asks about it in person.

03

Enquiry follow-up

An enquiry form is useless if nobody reads the inbox. The site should send each lead to email and WhatsApp, and let the admissions desk mark who has been called.

04

Easy updates by non-technical staff

Circulars, holiday lists, batch timings and toppers change every term. A clerk or teacher should be able to edit these without calling a developer.

What we build for education websites

01

Admissions-first page structure

Courses, classes or batches each get a page with eligibility, fees, schedule and an apply button. We keep forms short, since a long form on a phone is where most parents give up.

02

Notice board and downloads

A section for circulars, syllabus PDFs, timetables and fee receipts, sorted by date and class. PDFs are compressed so they open on weak connections.

03

Bilingual pages

English with Hindi or Marathi where your parent community reads it. We set proper fonts so that Devanagari text does not break on older phones.

04

Link to your school software

If you run a school management system, the site links to the parent login and fee payment page. For Shiksha CRM we built the admissions and parent side of such a system, and a marketing site can sit in front of it.

When this is the wrong choice. If you need parents to log in, see attendance, pay fees or take tests, a brochure site is the wrong purchase. That is a web app or school management system, and building it as a website will only cause rework. Buy the website first, then the software, once you know which parents ask for what.

What it costs

Starts at ₹45,000 (excl. GST)

A business website build starts at ₹45,000 excluding GST, and takes 6 to 10 weeks. A single-page admissions landing page for one batch or campaign starts at ₹17,500 and takes 1 to 2 weeks.

Questions we get asked

How many pages does a school website need?

Start with home, about, admissions, fees, academics, gallery, notices and contact. That is around eight to twelve pages. Add separate course pages if you run coaching with several batches. More pages without more useful content do not help parents decide.

Can our staff update the notice board and toppers list?

Yes. We build an editor where a teacher or office clerk can add a circular, upload a PDF or change batch timings without code. We give a short handover session at launch, and one month of support covers questions that follow.

Should a coaching institute show fees on the website?

Showing fees usually cuts time-wasting calls and brings in more serious enquiries. If your fees vary by batch or scholarship, show a starting range and explain what changes it. It is your call, and we can build either way.

Do you handle admission forms with online fee payment?

We can add an enquiry form to any site. Collecting application fees online needs a payment gateway such as Razorpay and a reconciliation process, so we scope it separately. Full fee management belongs in a school software build, not a brochure site.
