Can the booking engine sync with OTAs?
Two-way channel sync with travel portals usually goes through a channel manager that you subscribe to. We can connect to such a service where it offers an API. We confirm what is possible before quoting. Channel managers usually offer an API for this.
Do we have to replace our property management system?
No. Often we build around it, adding a booking page or task board that reads from and writes to it where possible. Replacing a PMS is a larger custom software project and is rarely the first step. Integration depends on your PMS vendor.
How are advance payments and refunds handled?
Payments run through a gateway such as Razorpay, and refunds follow your cancellation policy that we encode in the flow. Settlement times depend on the gateway. Confirm refund rules with your accountant first. Disputed refunds stay a staff decision.
Can staff use it on phones without installing anything?
Yes. A web app opens in the phone browser, so housekeeping staff need no installation. If you later want push alerts or offline use, a mobile app is the next step. Installation is not needed on staff phones.
