Hotel and hospitality website and app development in India
Direct-booking websites, rate and room management and guest apps for hotels, resorts, homestays and banquet venues.
Many Indian hotels depend on online travel agents for bookings and pay a commission on each. A good direct booking site does not remove that, but it gives repeat guests and phone enquirers a better way to book. Hotel and hospitality website and app development is about making the direct route easy, fast and trusted.
NioDelta is a Pune studio, working with hotels, resorts, homestays and venues in tourist and business towns across Maharashtra and beyond. We build the booking site, connect it to your room records and, when useful, build guest-facing and staff-facing apps. We prefer a short first release that takes real bookings over a long wish list.
What hotels and resorts run into
Commission on every booking
OTA commission reduces margin on each room night. Repeat guests who find the hotel by name still end up booking through a third party.
Double bookings across channels
Rooms are sold on the website, on OTAs and at the front desk. Without a link between them, a room can be sold twice, and the guest is the one who suffers.
Phone enquiries without follow-up
Weddings, group bookings and event enquiries come by call and WhatsApp. Without a tracked pipeline, quotes go out late and bookings go elsewhere.
Reviews and photos out of date
A visitor judges a property in seconds from photos, rates and reviews. Old pictures and slow pages make a good property look tired.
What we build for hotels and hospitality businesses
Direct booking website
Rooms, rates, photos, availability search and a clear booking flow with UPI and card payment. The site loads quickly on phones, where most travel searches happen.
Booking engine and channel links
A booking engine tied to your room inventory, and a connection to a channel manager so availability stays aligned across OTAs and your site.
Group, wedding and event enquiries
Structured enquiry forms for dates, guest count and menu choices, tracked in a simple CRM with quote templates and follow-up reminders.
Guest app or web check-in
Pre-arrival forms, ID capture, digital registration and service requests such as housekeeping. Useful for resorts and larger properties, less for small homestays.
Property management dashboards
Occupancy, rates, daily sales and arrivals in one view for owners. Reports can be exported for your accountant with GST breakup.
Review and feedback collection
A short post-stay feedback form by WhatsApp or email, with happy guests routed to public review pages and issues routed to the manager.
How a hospitality build runs
Discover
We review how bookings arrive today, which OTAs you use, how rates are set and who confirms a booking. We look at your photos and brand.
Define
We decide the booking flow, payment rules, cancellation terms and any channel manager link. Everything is listed in a written scope.
Design
Pages are designed around photography and a short booking path. Rate and room pages are tested for clarity on small screens.
Build
We build the site and booking tools, connect payments, and test a full booking, a cancellation and a double-booking attempt.
Ship & extend
We launch with redirects and schema for hotels and local business, and support for one month. Guest apps and reports can follow.
What it costs
A hotel website starts at ₹45,000. Booking engines, channel links and guest apps are custom work and are quoted after a discovery call, since they depend on your property software.
- Number of rooms and rate plans
- Channel manager integration
- Payment and cancellation rules
- Event and group enquiry workflow
- Guest app or check-in features
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
Will a direct booking site replace OTAs?
Not entirely, and we would not advise dropping them. OTAs bring new guests. A direct site captures repeat guests, referrals and phone enquirers, so you pay less commission on those bookings. The site also lets you offer rate perks to direct guests without disturbing the rate you give to partners.
Can the site connect to our channel manager?
Often yes, if your channel manager offers an API. We check this in discovery, because some do not. If not, we suggest a manual process or a different tool before building anything. Until a live link exists, we can run a simple manual calendar sync, so rooms are not sold twice.
Can guests pay an advance by UPI?
Yes. We integrate Razorpay or another gateway for UPI, cards and netbanking, and take a full or partial advance. Cancellation rules are shown clearly before payment. Guests receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp, and the front desk sees paid and pending bookings in a list.
Do you build for homestays and small resorts?
Yes. For small properties we usually propose a fast website with enquiry and WhatsApp booking first, and add online payment later if bookings justify it. The quote stays small. This keeps the build light, and the price modest, until your booking volume is clear.
Can you handle wedding and banquet enquiries?
Yes. We build structured enquiry forms and a simple pipeline for date, guest count, menu and quote status, so a wedding enquiry never sits unanswered in someone's WhatsApp. Each enquiry gets a status and an owner, and reminders prompt staff to follow up before the date is lost.
Do you manage our listings and photos?
We optimise and place the photos you supply, and set up Google Business links. Photography and OTA listing management are handled by your team or a specialist. We can show you how to update them yourself in the admin panel after launch.
