Real Estate Web App Development: Portals, CRM and Inventory

Browser-based tools for developers and brokerages that replace scattered spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups with one system for leads, inventory and payments.

This page is about real estate web app development: logged-in software that runs in the browser, such as a channel partner portal, a sales CRM, an inventory and booking tracker, or a collections dashboard. It is different from a marketing website, which only shows projects to the public.

Most property businesses start with Excel and a WhatsApp group, and that works until the team grows. Then two salespeople promise the same unit, a broker disputes a commission, and nobody knows which leads were followed up. A web app fixes the process, not the look of it.

What real estate teams need from a web app

01

One source of truth for units

Status such as available, on hold, booked or sold must change in one place and show the same to everyone. Holds should expire automatically, so a unit is not blocked for weeks by an unanswered lead.

02

Channel partner access with limits

Brokers need to register a client, see their own bookings and track commission. They should never see other brokers' clients or your cost sheets, so roles and permissions are central.

03

A lead pipeline people actually fill

Sales staff update a pipeline only if it takes a few taps. Stages, call notes, site visit dates and follow-up reminders need to be quick on a phone browser.

04

Payment schedules and demand letters

Construction-linked plans mean many instalments per buyer. The app should compute what is due, generate a demand letter and record receipts against it, in rupees with GST handled as your accountant advises.

What we build for property businesses

01

Broker and channel partner portal

Partners sign up, get approved, register leads with duplicate checks and watch their deals move through stages. Commission statements are generated from booking records.

02

Inventory and booking console

A project, tower and unit tree with price lists, holds, booking forms and document uploads. Managers see a live chart of what is left in each configuration.

03

Sales CRM tuned to property

Leads from your website, portals and campaigns land in one inbox. Team members get follow-up reminders, and managers get a view of pending calls per salesperson.

04

Collections dashboard

Track who owes what, by when, against which milestone. Finance sees ageing at a glance and can send payment reminders through WhatsApp or email.

When this is the wrong choice. If you handle a handful of deals a month, a shared spreadsheet and a simple form is cheaper and enough. Buy a web app when mistakes in unit status or commission are already costing you money or goodwill.

What it costs

Starts at ₹1,50,000 (excl. GST)

Cost grows with the number of user roles, payment plan complexity and integrations such as accounting software or a telephony system. We give a fixed written quote after a discovery call.

Questions we get asked

Can we import our existing unit and lead sheets?

Yes. We usually load your current spreadsheets as the starting data, after cleaning duplicates and inconsistent unit codes. Expect this to surface errors in the old sheets, which is useful, but it needs a few hours of your team's time to verify.

How do you stop brokers claiming the same client?

The app checks the phone number when a lead is registered and records who registered it first, with a timestamp. The rule for protection periods is yours to define, and we build it as a setting so you can change it.

Will it connect to our accounting software?

It can, if the accounting tool offers an export or an API. Many clients start with a clean receipts export for their accountant and add a direct link later. We scope this honestly after seeing what your accountant uses.

Is a web app better than buying a ready-made property CRM?

Ready-made tools are faster to start and fine for standard sales tracking. Custom makes sense when your payment plans, partner rules or reporting are unusual, or when per-user fees add up across many brokers.
