Salon & Spa Website Development for Indian Businesses

A website that shows your services, prices and work, and turns a Google search or Instagram visit into a booked appointment.

This page covers websites for hair salons, beauty parlours, barbershops, spas and wellness studios, whether you run one outlet or a few branches. The website is the shop window: services, prices, photos, location and a clear way to book. A full booking and membership system is a different project, covered on our web app page.

Most salon visitors arrive from a Google Maps search or an Instagram profile, on a phone, usually already near your area. They want three things in ten seconds: what you offer, what it costs, and how to get a slot this week. We build the site around those answers, keep it light for slow mobile data, and make sure your address and hours are right on every page.

What salons and spas need from a website

01

A service menu with real prices

Clients compare before they call. A menu that lists haircut, colour, facial and spa packages with price ranges and duration saves your front desk from answering the same question all day.

02

Photos that show your actual work

Stock images make every salon look the same. A gallery of your own results, with permission from clients, does more than any slogan, as long as images are compressed so the page still loads fast.

03

A booking path that needs no app

Many clients will not install anything. A booking link, a call button and a WhatsApp message with the service pre-filled cover most walk-in habits.

04

Local listing consistency

Name, address, phone and hours must match your Google Business Profile. Branch pages with their own map and timing help people find the outlet nearest to them.

What we build for salon and spa websites

01

Menu and packages pages

Service categories for hair, skin, nails, bridal and spa, with prices, time needed and a short note on who each is for. Offers such as festive or bridal packages can be updated by your team.

02

Branch and team pages

One page per outlet with map, hours and parking note, plus stylist profiles with speciality and languages spoken. Clients often ask for a person by name.

03

Booking and enquiry entry points

A booking widget from your scheduling tool, or a simple form that sends details to your phone through WhatsApp. Prices of deposits are shown before the client confirms.

04

Gallery, reviews and offers

A before and after gallery, a section for reviews you have collected yourself, and a gift voucher page. Schema and sitemap are included so search engines read your outlet details correctly.

When this is the wrong choice. If you want clients to pick a stylist, pay a deposit and manage memberships online, a website alone will feel thin. Plan a booking system, and use the website as its front door.

What it costs

Starts at ₹45,000 (excl. GST) for a business website

A single-page site for one outlet can be done from the ₹17,500 landing page range in one to two weeks. Multi-branch sites and booking integrations are quoted after a discovery call.

Questions we get asked

Do I need a website if I already have Instagram?

Yes, in most cases. Instagram is good for showing work, but it has no stable price list, no map listing and no booking record you own. A website gives search engines a page to show, and gives you a place that you control.

Can clients book directly from the website?

Yes. We can embed a booking tool you already use, or send requests to your phone and WhatsApp. Real-time slot booking tied to staff schedules needs a booking system, which is a larger project. We help you pick the simpler route when your volume is small.

Can I update prices and offers myself?

Yes. We set up a simple editor so your manager can change prices, add a festive offer or swap gallery photos without a developer. We also show your staff how to do it in a short session, in Hindi, Marathi or English.

How do I handle many branches in different areas?

Each outlet gets its own page with address, map, hours and phone, plus its own link for your Google profile. This helps a client in Baner find Baner, not your other outlet. Shared pages such as the service menu stay in one place.
