Salon and spa booking website and app development in India
Booking that respects staff schedules, service durations and walk-ins. Built for single salons, multi-branch chains and wellness studios.
A salon calendar looks simple until you try to automate it. A haircut takes forty minutes with one stylist. A colour job blocks a chair and a colourist for three hours with a gap in the middle. A spa package needs a room, a therapist and a towel turnaround. Salon and spa booking software has to model all of that, or double bookings follow.
We build the booking website, the staff and front desk screens, and optional customer apps for salons, spas, barbershops and beauty studios across India. The focus is fewer no-shows, a calendar the reception actually trusts, and customers who can book from an Instagram link without calling. Staff get a calendar that matches the floor.
Where salons and spas lose revenue
Calls, DMs and a paper diary
Bookings arrive through phone calls, Instagram messages and walk-ins, then get copied into one diary. A missed message is a lost customer. Two staff taking the same slot is a bad afternoon.
No-shows and late cancellations
An empty chair cannot be sold later. Without reminders or a small deposit, no-shows are common for long services such as bridal makeup, colour and spa packages.
Staff-wise differences
Senior stylists charge more, juniors do some services only, and each person has leave days and break times. A generic booking plugin treats everyone the same and creates confusion.
Packages and memberships on paper
Prepaid sessions, wallet balances and loyalty points are tracked on cards or in Excel. Customers forget balances, staff forget to deduct, and the owner cannot see liability across branches.
What we build for salons and spas
Online booking with service rules
Customers choose service, optional stylist and time. Durations, buffer gaps, parallel steps and room or chair needs are set per service so only workable slots appear.
Staff scheduling and front desk view
A day view per staff member with leave, breaks and walk-in blocks. Reception can add, move or cancel in two taps on a tablet or phone.
WhatsApp and SMS reminders
Confirmation, reminder and thank-you messages sent through the WhatsApp Business API or SMS. Customers can reply to reschedule. Message templates need approval from the provider.
Deposits and UPI payments
Collect a deposit or full payment through Razorpay or another gateway at booking, with refund rules you define for cancellations and a GST invoice on payment.
Memberships, packages and wallet
Sell session packs, monthly memberships and gift cards. Balance and expiry are tracked per customer and deducted at billing, visible across branches.
Customer app and profile
A Flutter app for regular customers with booking history, preferred stylist, patch-test notes and rebooking in one tap. Useful for chains with repeat visitors; often unnecessary for a single salon.
How a salon booking build runs
Discover
We spend time at your front desk, or on a video call with it, and watch real bookings come in. We note which services block which resources.
Define
We list services, durations, staff skills, deposit rules and branch setup. You get a written scope, screen list and fixed quote.
Design
Reception screens are designed for speed on a tablet, and the customer flow for one-hand use on a phone. Booking should take under a minute.
Build
We build the calendar logic first and test it with tricky cases like overlapping services and staff leave. Payments and reminders follow, tested with real numbers.
Ship & extend
We train your reception team, launch, and support for one month. Branches, packages or an app can be added in later phases.
What it costs
A salon website with enquiry form starts at ₹45,000. A booking system with staff calendars, payments and reminders is custom software starting at ₹1,50,000, and a mobile app starts at ₹2,00,000.

Questions we get asked
Can customers pick a specific stylist?
Yes. Customers can choose a person or select any available staff. The system only offers slots when that person is free and qualified for the service. Reception can override with a note if a regular customer needs a special arrangement.
Can it handle services with waiting time, like hair colour?
Yes. We model a service as steps, so a colour application, a processing gap and a wash can use different people or free the stylist in between. This lets you take another client during the gap without risking a clash.
Do customers have to pay online?
No, it is your rule. You can take no payment, a fixed deposit for long services, or full prepayment for packages. Deposits reduce no-shows. You set cancellation windows and refund terms, and the customer sees them before confirming.
Will it work for multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own staff, hours and services, and customers pick a branch or the nearest one. Owners get a combined view, and package balances can be used across branches if you allow it.
Can we send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API. Templates must be approved by the provider, and messaging charges apply per conversation. We set up confirmations and reminders, and customers can reply to reschedule. SMS is available as a fallback.
Do you store customer allergy or patch-test notes?
Yes, as private notes visible only to staff roles you choose. This helps stylists check history before colour or treatments. We store only what you decide to collect, and customers should be told how their data is used.
