Hire Flutter developers to build your mobile app

Flutter developers who ship Android and iOS apps from a single codebase, with Play Store release handled. Monthly engagement or a fixed written scope.

If you want to hire Flutter developers, you probably want an Android and iOS app without paying for two teams. NioDelta is a Pune studio founded in 2017, and we build mobile apps in Flutter and React Native. You can engage one developer monthly, or ask for a fixed quote and a team to deliver a defined app.

A typical mobile app MVP takes 10 to 12 weeks with us. That includes design, build, testing and store release. We also build the backend and admin panel, so you are not left searching for another vendor halfway through. If your app is simple, we will say so and keep the scope small.

What goes wrong when you hire Flutter developers

01

Beautiful on the developer's phone only

Apps tested on one new device often stutter on a four-year-old Android with limited memory. Real testing across screen sizes and OS versions is part of the job.

02

Play Store review surprises

Rejections happen for permissions, privacy policy gaps and data safety forms. A developer who has not published before will lose days to avoidable mistakes.

03

Store accounts in the developer's name

Some freelancers publish under their own account. If the relationship ends, you cannot update your own app. Accounts should belong to your business from day one.

04

No backend, no admin, no future

A mobile app that cannot be managed from an admin panel needs a developer for every change. Plan the backend and content tools together with the app.

What Flutter developers from NioDelta deliver

01

MVP in 10-12 weeks

A focused first version covering the core journey, ready for real users on Android and iOS, with analytics so you can learn from them.

02

Android-first launches

Many Indian products start on Android, where most users are. We plan the Play Store listing, testing track and data safety form early.

03

Payments and UPI

Razorpay or similar gateway, UPI intent flows, order status handling and refund screens, tested against failed and pending payments.

04

Offline and weak-network handling

Local caching, retry logic and clear messages when data is slow, because users often move between networks.

05

Push notifications and chat

Order updates, reminders and in-app messages, linked to your backend triggers.

06

Existing app takeover

Audit an abandoned Flutter app, upgrade old Flutter versions, fix crashes and prepare it for the next store update.

When this is the wrong choice. Do not choose Flutter if your app depends heavily on very new platform features or complex native graphics from day one. A native build may suit better. If you only need a web tool, a responsive web app costs less and avoids store review.

How a Flutter engagement runs

01

Discover

We ask who your users are, which phones they carry and what the first release must prove. We recommend the smallest version worth launching.

02

Define

We list screens, roles and integrations in a written scope. You receive a fixed quote or a monthly plan.

03

Design

Clickable screens are reviewed with you, including empty states, errors and slow-network behaviour.

04

Build

Builds go to your phone every week through a test link. We test on several real Android devices and iOS where required.

05

Ship & extend

We prepare store listings, privacy details and release in your developer accounts. One month of post-launch support follows.

Questions we get asked

Is one Flutter developer enough for an app?

For a focused MVP with a ready backend, often yes. Larger scopes need a backend developer and a designer alongside. We recommend a team size after discovery, and you can start with one developer and add others later.

Will my app work on both Android and iOS?

Yes, from one codebase. We test on real Android devices and on iOS before release. Some features, such as certain permissions and notifications, behave differently on each platform, and we handle those cases specifically. Ask us for a demo build on your own phone during discovery.

Who owns the Play Store and App Store accounts?

You do. We ask you to create the developer accounts in your business name and add us as users. This keeps the app, its listing and its reviews under your control if we part ways.

How long does Play Store approval take?

Review time varies and is outside our control. We reduce the risk by preparing the privacy policy, data safety form and permission explanations before submission, and by using a testing track first. Plan some buffer in your launch date.

Can you build the backend and admin panel too?

Yes. We build the API and an admin panel so your team can manage users, content and orders without a developer. This is usually quoted together with the app, which keeps one team accountable for the whole product.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes one month of post-launch support for bug fixes. Afterwards you can keep a developer monthly for new features and OS updates, or take the code in-house with our handover documentation. Our handover notes list every account and key.
