Hire Full-Stack Developers for Web Apps and Internal Tools

One developer who can take a feature from database table to working screen, so you do not manage three separate people for a small product.

Teams hire full-stack developers when they want a feature built end to end without handing it between a front-end person, a back-end person and a database person. For an early product or an internal tool, that saves meetings and finger-pointing. The catch is depth, so we check what a person has built before we match them to you.

We are a Pune software studio, founded in 2017. Our developers work across the screen, the server and the database, and you can engage one on a monthly basis or buy a fixed-scope project with a written quote. Whichever route you pick, repository access, documentation and ownership stay with you, and our developers work in IST with a regular overlap for calls.

Where full-stack hiring goes wrong

01

Jack of all trades, master of none

Some developers are strong on screens and weak on databases, or the reverse. You find out at the first slow report or broken form. We ask what each person has actually shipped, not what they list.

02

No tests, no notes

Code that works on the developer's laptop and nowhere else is common. Without notes and basic tests, the next person spends weeks guessing.

03

Stack chosen by habit

A developer picks the tool they know, not the one your product needs. That is fine until you must hire a second person and nobody in the market knows it.

04

Security as an afterthought

Login, roles, file uploads and payment callbacks are where small apps get hurt. They need care from the first week, not before launch.

What a full-stack developer builds with you

01

Web apps and dashboards

Login, roles, forms, tables, reports and exports. Web apps and custom software start at ₹1,50,000 (excl. GST) as a fixed-scope project.

02

APIs and integrations

Clean endpoints for your own apps, plus links to payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS, accounting tools and courier services.

03

Database design

Tables and relationships that survive growth, with migrations, backups and indexes planned from the start.

04

Admin panels for existing apps

If your mobile app has no way to manage content, orders or users, we build the admin side that it needs.

05

MVPs and prototypes

A narrow first version for real users, with the unfinished parts listed honestly so you can plan version two.

06

Maintenance and feature work

A developer seat for steady additions, bug fixes and small upgrades, usually after an initial build.

When this is the wrong choice. If your product is large enough to need a separate front-end team, a data team and a platform team, a single full-stack person is not enough. Also, if you only need a brochure site, you do not need a developer seat, only a website project.

How we set up a full-stack engagement

01

Discover

We review your product idea or existing code, your users and your deadline. We ask who will use it and what they do today.

02

Define

We settle the stack, the first release scope, review rules and cost, either as a fixed quote or a monthly seat. Ownership of code and servers is written in.

03

Design

Wireframes for the main flows and a data model sketch. You approve both before building starts.

04

Build

Weekly demos on a staging link, code reviews, and a short list of what is done and what is next.

05

Ship & extend

We deploy to your server or cloud account, add monitoring and backups, and support you for one month.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between full-stack and a team of specialists?

A full-stack developer covers screens, server code and database in one head, which suits early products and tools. A specialist team goes deeper in each area but costs more and needs more coordination. We can mix both when you grow.

Which technology stack will you use?

We recommend one based on your product and on how easily you can hire for it later. Common choices are React with Node.js, or Laravel with a JavaScript front end. We explain the reasoning in writing before we start.

Can I hire one developer on a monthly basis?

Yes. A dedicated seat means one developer working on your backlog during agreed IST hours, with weekly reporting. The monthly figure is quoted after a discovery call, as it depends on experience level and the type of work.

Do I own the source code and the data?

Yes. Code sits in your repository, servers and databases sit in your cloud account, and we do not keep any licence over the work. At the end of the engagement, we provide handover notes and access details.

How do you keep quality up with a small bench?

Every change goes through a pull request and a second look from another developer on the bench. We keep tasks small and demo weekly. If the person assigned to you is unavailable, we substitute someone and brief them.

Can you add features to a system someone else built?

Often yes. We read the code first, check for tests, secrets in the repo and obvious security holes, and tell you the risk. Then we agree whether to extend it, fix it in stages or rebuild.

Ready to scope it?

Tell us what you want to build. You get a fixed written quote after a free discovery call.
