Hire React.js developers for your web app and dashboard

Front-end engineers who build fast, maintainable React interfaces and connect them to your API. Monthly engagement or fixed scope, from a Pune studio.

To hire React.js developers well, decide first what you are building. A marketing page, an internal dashboard and a customer-facing app need very different skills. NioDelta, a Pune studio since 2017, builds React interfaces for web apps and dashboards, and pairs them with backend developers when you need the whole product.

You can engage one React developer by the month or give us a defined scope with a fixed quote. Our bench is small, so you speak to the person doing the work. We will also tell you when React is more than you need, because a heavy front end on a simple site only slows it down.

Common problems when hiring React developers

01

Tutorial skills, no structure

A developer who learned React from video courses may put everything in one component. Folder structure, state handling and naming decide whether a team can work on the app next year.

02

Slow on cheap phones

Many Indian users open apps on low-end Android devices over patchy data. Big bundles and unneeded libraries make the app feel broken. Performance has to be measured on real devices.

03

Front end with no API plan

A good interface needs clear, documented endpoints. When the backend is an afterthought, the React developer spends weeks guessing at data shapes and rewriting screens.

04

Search visibility ignored

A client-rendered React app can hide content from search engines. If organic traffic matters, rendering strategy must be chosen at the start, not patched after launch.

What React.js developers from NioDelta build

01

Admin dashboards

Tables, filters, charts, role-based views and exports that staff can use all day without training.

02

Customer-facing web apps

Sign-in, onboarding, payments and account pages designed for phone screens first.

03

Design-to-code conversion

A reusable component library built from your Figma design, so new screens match without rework.

04

Existing app clean-up

Break up oversized components, fix re-render problems, add TypeScript types and cut bundle size.

05

API integration

Connect to your backend, a third-party service or our own APIs, with loading, error and retry states handled properly.

06

Next.js where SEO matters

Server rendering for public pages that must be indexed, with the app sections kept client-side.

When this is the wrong choice. Do not hire a React developer for a five-page business site or a blog. A simpler build loads faster and costs less to maintain. If you need a mobile app for the Play Store, a Flutter or React Native team is the better fit.

How a React engagement runs

01

Discover

We review your users, devices and existing API. We also ask which screens carry the most value, so effort goes there first.

02

Define

We agree on screens, data sources and the rendering approach. You receive a written scope with a fixed quote, or a monthly backlog.

03

Design

Clickable layouts for the key flows are reviewed with your team before components are coded.

04

Build

Weekly builds on a staging link, with TypeScript, linting and component tests on the risky parts.

05

Ship & extend

Production deploy, handover of the repository and notes, then one month of post-launch support.

What it costs

Web app work starts at ₹1,50,000 (excl. GST)

That anchor already includes our 50% launch discount and covers a scoped web app. Dedicated monthly React engagements are quoted after a discovery call.

  • Number of screens and states
  • Dashboard charts and data volume
  • Backend readiness
  • Design system or ready Figma files
  • Rendering needs for search

All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.

Related work

Staffly. Staffly pairs a mobile app with an admin dashboard for attendance, payroll and compliance, a good example of data-heavy interface work.

Questions we get asked

Can I hire only a React front-end developer?

Yes. We can work against your existing API and design files. We will review the endpoints first and flag gaps early. If the backend is not ready, we can also supply a backend developer, so both sides move together.

Do you use TypeScript?

By default, yes. TypeScript catches many mistakes before users see them and makes it easier for a new developer to join. For a very small prototype we may skip it, and we will say so in the scope.

How do you keep the app fast on low-end phones?

We split code by route, compress images, avoid heavy libraries and test on a mid-range Android device over a throttled connection. We set a size budget during design, so speed is a requirement, not a late fix.

Will my React app be visible on Google?

It can be, if we choose the right rendering. Public pages use server rendering or static generation, while logged-in screens stay client-side. We also add sitemaps, metadata and redirects as part of the build. Ask us how rendering will work for your pages.

Who owns the code and design components?

You do. Everything is committed to your repository, with the component library documented. Open source packages keep their original licences, and we list them in the handover notes. Design files you supply remain yours as well, and we keep no copies after handover.

What if the developer is not a good fit?

Tell us within the first weeks. We will review the concern, and replace or add a developer from our bench if needed. The repository and weekly notes make a handover straightforward. Specific terms are written in the agreement.
