Hire UI/UX designers who design for real Indian users

UI/UX designers for mobile apps, dashboards and websites, from user research to a Figma system your developers can build. Monthly, or a fixed design scope.

Good interface design is less about colour and more about decisions: what comes first on the screen, what happens when a form fails, how a shopkeeper on a cracked phone completes a task. When you hire UI/UX designers, you are buying those decisions made carefully and written down so developers can follow them.

We are a Pune studio that designs and builds, so our designers work next to the developers who must implement their screens. That shortens the gap between a pretty mockup and a working product. You meet the designer first, review past work and agree a small first deliverable. Nothing is hidden: you see the code, the plan and the cost at each step.

Problems when you hire UI/UX designers

01

Beautiful screens that nobody can build

Some mockups ignore real data: long names, empty lists, slow networks. We design with sample data from your business and label every state, including loading and error, so the build matches.

02

Designs made only for a new iPhone

Many Indian users are on low-cost Android phones with small screens and patchy data. We test layouts at small sizes, keep tap targets large and check contrast in bright daylight.

03

No research behind the layout

A layout chosen by opinion fails the first time real users touch it. Even five short conversations with actual customers or staff change what we put on the first screen.

04

Handoff that leaves developers guessing

When specifications are vague, developers invent answers and the product drifts. We hand over a component library, spacing rules and annotated flows in Figma, and answer questions during the build.

What UI/UX designers on your team can deliver

01

User research and journey maps

Short interviews, review of your current flows and a map of where users drop off. Findings are summarised in plain language, not a thick report nobody reads.

02

Wireframes and clickable prototypes

Low-fidelity screens first, then a prototype you can tap on your own phone. Cheap to change, which is the point.

03

Mobile app and dashboard design

Screens for Flutter, React Native or native apps, and data-heavy admin dashboards. We think about roles, empty states and permissions from the start.

04

Design systems in Figma

Colours, type, spacing and components defined once, so every new screen stays consistent. Useful when more than one developer is building.

05

Accessibility and language checks

Contrast, font sizes, touch targets and labels checked against WCAG guidance. For multilingual products we test Hindi and Marathi text, which often runs longer than English.

06

Developer handoff and design review

Specs, exported assets and a review of the built product against the design. We catch differences before launch, not after.

When this is the wrong choice. Do not hire UI/UX designers separately if your product idea is still unclear, or if you need only a logo and brochure. In the first case, a short discovery workshop and a prototype is cheaper. In the second, ask about our brand identity work instead of a full UX engagement.

How a UI/UX design engagement runs

01

Discover

We study your users, current product and competitors' flows, and talk to a few real users where possible. You meet the designer and see relevant past work.

02

Define

We list user goals, key flows and what is out of scope for version one, and fix a monthly arrangement or a written design quote.

03

Design

Wireframes, then prototype, then visual design in Figma, with review points at each stage. You test the prototype on your own phone.

04

Build

Designers stay available while developers build, answer questions and review builds against the design. Small gaps get fixed immediately.

05

Ship & extend

After launch we check how real users behave and adjust screens. One month of support is included, and design work can continue monthly.

What it costs

Quoted after a discovery call

Design is priced as a monthly engagement or a fixed deliverable list. If design is part of a build, it sits inside the app or website quote, and a mobile app starts at ₹2,00,000 (excl. 18% GST) after the 50% launch discount.

  • Number of screens and user roles
  • Research depth and user interviews
  • Design system scope
  • Languages and accessibility needs
  • Standalone design or part of a build

All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.

Foodysh. Foodysh needed separate customer, restaurant and rider apps plus an admin panel, so each role's screens were designed around what that person does in a busy moment.

Questions we get asked

Can I hire a UI/UX designer without hiring developers?

Yes. We can deliver research, prototypes and a Figma system on their own, and your own developers can build from them. We will then review the finished build against the design if you want. Everything is written into the agreement, so nothing relies on memory or goodwill.

What will I receive at the end?

You receive Figma files with named components, annotated flows, exported assets and a short guide. The files are yours. A developer who has never met us should be able to build from them without guessing.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes, in a light way. We run short sessions with five or so customers or staff on a clickable prototype, note where they hesitate and revise. It is quick, and it catches problems before money goes into code.

Will the design work for Hindi and Marathi?

We design for it from the start. Text in Devanagari runs longer and needs different line height, so we test buttons and tables with real strings. We also check fonts render cleanly on low-end Android phones.

How do engagements and notice terms work?

You can engage a designer monthly or on a fixed deliverable list. Notice and replacement terms are written into the agreement, and handover notes keep work moving if a designer changes. Everything is written into the agreement, so nothing relies on memory or goodwill.

Who owns the designs?

You do. Figma files, assets and documents transfer to you on payment, and we share them in a workspace you control where possible. We do not keep rights over your product's design. Everything is written into the agreement, so nothing relies on memory or goodwill.
