UI/UX Design for Web Apps and Mobile Apps
Research, flows, wireframes and a working design system, delivered in Figma and ready for developers to build from.
UI/UX design is deciding how a product behaves before money is spent coding it. Good work removes steps, names buttons clearly and handles the awkward cases, like a failed payment or a lost network. It saves rework more than it adds cost. That is why we like to involve a designer early, even on small projects.
We are a Pune software studio working since 2017, and we design products that we also build, such as staff apps, school systems and delivery platforms. That matters because our designers know what is cheap to code and what is not, and they design for real Indian users: low-end phones, patchy data and several languages.
Where product design usually breaks
Building before understanding users
Teams guess how people work, then discover that staff skip a screen or customers cannot find checkout. Fixing it after launch is costly.
Screens without flows
Pretty single screens do not show what happens after a tap, an error or a timeout. Developers then invent behaviour, and each invents it differently.
No shared design language
Without reusable components, each new screen looks slightly different. Build time grows and the product feels unfinished.
Ignoring Indian conditions
Designs made for fast iPhones fail on 3 GB Android phones, small screens, OTP delays and users who prefer Hindi or Marathi.
Our UI/UX design services
User research and interviews
Short sessions with real users, such as staff, parents or riders, to see how they currently work. We record what they do, not only what they say.
User flows and information structure
Maps of every path through the product, including errors and edge cases, agreed before any visual design.
Wireframes and clickable prototypes
Low-detail screens first, then a Figma prototype you can test with users on their own phones before development starts.
Design system
Colours, type, spacing and reusable components with states, so new screens are consistent and faster to build.
Accessibility and language checks
Contrast, tap-target size, readable fonts and layouts that survive Hindi or Marathi text and large system fonts.
Figma handoff and design QA
Organised files with specs, assets and notes. During build, we compare finished screens with the design and flag differences.
How a UI/UX project runs
Discover
We interview users and stakeholders, review current screens or competitors' public pages, and list the main jobs the product must do.
Define
Findings become user flows, a feature priority list and a scope you can quote against. You see what is in the first release and what waits.
Design
Wireframes, then visual design in Figma. We test the prototype with a handful of real users and revise before moving on.
Build
If we also build, designers stay involved to answer questions and review screens. If not, we hand over a clean file and a short walkthrough.
Ship & extend
After launch we review usage and feedback with you, and plan the next round of improvements based on what people really do.
What it costs
Design cost depends on screen count, research depth and whether a design system is needed. Design is also included inside our build prices, where a web app or custom software starts at ₹1,50,000 and a mobile app at ₹2,00,000 (excl. GST).
- Number of screens and user roles
- Depth of user research
- Design system scope
- Number of languages
- Prototype testing rounds
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.

Questions we get asked
What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX is how the product works: flows, steps and logic. UI is how it looks: colour, type and components. They overlap, and we treat them as one process so layout choices support behaviour. Separating them on paper is useful, but a product feels right only when both decisions agree.
Can you design only, without building?
Yes. We deliver Figma files, a design system and a walkthrough your developers can use. Many clients also prefer us to build, because screens then match the design closely without translation loss. Developers who start from our files can ask questions to the people who drew them.
Do you test designs with real users?
Yes, in small rounds. Even five users reveal most navigation and wording problems. We test the clickable prototype on their own phones and fix issues before development begins. Issues found at this stage cost hours to fix, instead of weeks once code has been written.
How long does UI/UX design take?
A focused app design usually takes a few weeks, depending on screens and review speed. A fuller research and design system phase takes longer. We confirm the schedule in the written scope. Larger products with several user roles or a full design system need longer than a simple app.
Will the design work on low-end Android phones?
We design with them in mind: small to medium screens, readable text, light imagery and clear tap targets. Where possible we check prototypes on a mid-range device, not just a designer's laptop. We test again after changes, so improvements for one group do not harm another.
Who owns the design files?
You do. Figma files, assets and design system are yours once the work is paid for. We can add you or your developer to the Figma project directly. Source files for any custom icons and illustrations are included in the handover.
