Logo and Brand Identity Design Alongside Your Website
A logo, colour palette, typefaces and a short usage guide, designed together with your website so the identity works on screens from day one.
A logo is one small part of a brand. The rest is how the colours, type, spacing and tone behave across a website, a WhatsApp profile, an invoice and a signboard. When these are designed together with the website, they hold together better than when each arrives from a different source.
NioDelta is a Pune software studio founded in 2017. We offer brand identity design mainly as part of a website or app project, rather than as a stand-alone logo shop. That keeps the identity practical: tested at small sizes, in dark and light modes and in the file formats a digital product needs.
Brand problems we see on small business sites
A logo that fails at small sizes
Fine detail vanishes in a browser tab or a WhatsApp display picture. The mark becomes a blur just where people see it most.
Colours chosen by taste only
Pretty palettes can fail contrast checks, making buttons and text hard to read in sunlight on a phone.
Every document looks different
The website, brochure and invoice use different fonts and blues. Customers sense the inconsistency even if they cannot name it.
Files nobody can find
The logo exists only as a screenshot. Printers and developers ask for vector files, and the original designer is unreachable.
What our brand identity design includes
Logo concepts and refinement
A few distinct directions, then one refined with your feedback. We test it at favicon size, on dark backgrounds and in single colour.
Colour palette with accessibility
Primary, secondary and neutral colours with hex values and checked contrast, so buttons and text are readable on phones outdoors.
Typeface selection
Web-safe or licensed fonts suited to your content, including Devanagari options when you publish in Hindi or Marathi.
Short brand guide
Two to ten pages in plain language: logo spacing, minimum size, colours, type, image style and examples of use and misuse.
Digital and print files
SVG, PNG and PDF versions, a social profile set and a favicon. Print vendors get vector files that scale to any size.
Applied to your website
The identity is built into the site design as real components, so the guide matches what is live and not only a slide deck.
How a brand identity project works
Discover
We learn your business, customers and competitors, and collect examples of looks you like and dislike. A short questionnaire and call are enough.
Define
We write a one-page brief: personality words, audience, where the logo will appear and the formats you need. You approve it before design.
Design
Logo directions are presented in context, such as on a phone screen and an invoice. We refine one with your feedback.
Build
The final palette, fonts and components are set up in the website design system and exported as files for print and social.
Ship & extend
You receive the full file pack and guide at launch. We support small corrections for one month after delivery.
What it costs
Identity work is priced by the number of concepts, revision rounds and applications. When combined with a website, it sits inside the scope of the business website build that starts at ₹45,000 (excl. GST).
- Number of logo directions
- Revision rounds
- Size of the brand guide
- Social and print templates
- Language and script needs
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
Do you design logos on their own?
Rarely. We mainly deliver logo and identity as part of a website or app project, so the result is tested on screens. For a stand-alone logo only, a specialist logo designer will likely suit you better.
What files will I receive?
Vector logo files in SVG and PDF, PNG versions with transparent backgrounds, a favicon, social profile images, colour and font values and a short guide. You own all of them after payment. You also get editable source files, so another designer can extend the system later.
How many logo concepts do you show?
We usually present a few distinct directions, refine one, and include a set number of revisions agreed in the quote. More rounds are possible but are scoped so the cost stays predictable. Keeping rounds limited helps keep the project on schedule and the final cost predictable.
Can the logo work in Hindi or bilingual form?
Yes, if you need it. We can design an English wordmark with a Devanagari companion or a bilingual lockup. We check readability at small sizes since Devanagari strokes can thicken and blur. We test the final mark at favicon size and in a WhatsApp profile circle to avoid surprises.
Will my logo be unique?
We draw original marks, not templates. No automated search can guarantee that nobody has a similar logo, so we advise you to run a trademark search before registering a mark. A lawyer or trademark attorney is the right person to confirm that it is registrable.
How much does brand identity cost?
It is quoted after a discovery call, as scope varies. If you are building a website with us, identity work is folded into the project, and the business website anchor starts at ₹45,000 excluding GST.
