Corporate Website Design for Companies with Many Audiences
Company profile sites that serve customers, recruits, partners and investors from one clear structure, with sections your team can update itself.
A corporate website has several readers at once. A buyer checks capability, a graduate looks at careers, a vendor wants your registered details, and an analyst looks for annual reports. Each needs a different route through the same site, without feeling lost. A structure that respects all of them is what we aim for.
We are a Pune software studio working since 2017. We design corporate sites for manufacturers, service firms and group companies, with the pages that matter to Indian business: leadership, locations, certifications you actually hold, CSR activity, careers and downloads. We only publish facts you provide and can stand behind. Facts come from you, and we handle the layout and structure around them.
Why corporate sites feel dated
Written for the company, not the reader
Pages open with a founder's vision rather than what the company does. A buyer scanning on a phone cannot find the product list or a contact.
Sections owned by no one
Careers show a closed vacancy from two years ago. News stops in 2022. Visitors read that as a company that stopped moving.
Branches shown as one address
Multi-location firms bury plants, offices and service centres in a footer, so a local customer cannot find the nearest one.
Downloads buried and outdated
Annual reports, brochures and policy PDFs sit on old links, with no dates and no clear versions.
What our corporate website design covers
Audience-based structure
A sitemap that gives customers, candidates, partners and investors their own clear routes, rather than a single generic menu.
Company profile and leadership
About, values, history and leadership pages written from the facts you give us, with real photos and no invented awards.
Investor, CSR and compliance sections
Downloads for reports, policies and disclosures with dates and versions, plus a CSR section that shows activity honestly. Content is supplied and approved by you.
Careers and hiring
Role listings your HR team can update, a short application form and a clear description of how hiring works.
Multi-location pages
Offices, plants and branches with address, hours, maps and local contact, structured so each can be found and updated separately.
Editing system for non-developers
A CMS with sensible roles, so communications, HR and sales can each manage their own pages without breaking the layout.
How we build a corporate website
Discover
We interview people from sales, HR and management about who visits and what they ask. We also review your current site and the sites buyers compare you with.
Define
You receive a sitemap, content inventory and responsibility list showing who supplies and updates each section, with a fixed quote.
Design
Templates for home, section, location and download pages are designed for phones first and signed off before building.
Build
The site is built on a CMS with roles and approval steps. Content is entered or migrated and checked page by page.
Ship & extend
We set redirects for old URLs, train each content owner and support the site for one month. A care plan is available afterwards.
What it costs
This is the business website anchor, with the 50% launch discount applied. Corporate sites with many sections, languages or locations are scoped above that and typically take 6-10 weeks after content is ready.
- Number of sections and templates
- Locations and languages
- Download and document volume
- CMS roles and approvals
- Migration from an old site
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
What pages should a corporate website have?
At minimum: home, about, products or services, contact and careers. Add leadership, locations, downloads and CSR if you have real material for them. We recommend only sections you can keep updated. Anything that would look empty or stale is better left out until you have real content for it.
Can you build separate pages for each branch?
Yes. Each location gets its own page with address, map, contact and hours, which a local team can update. This helps customers find the nearest branch and keeps details accurate. Map links and opening hours are included, and the page template keeps every branch looking consistent.
Can you use our certifications and client logos?
Only if you hold them and give us permission. We do not invent certifications, awards or client names. Every claim on the site should be one you can prove if asked. Where proof is needed, we ask for documents first and publish only what they support.
How long does a corporate website take?
A typical business website takes 6-10 weeks. Corporate sites with many sections and slow approvals take longer, mostly because content arrives late. We set a schedule in the written scope. Planning who writes and approves each section early is the surest way to keep that schedule.
Can several departments edit their own pages?
Yes. We set up roles so HR edits careers, sales edits products and communications edit news, each unable to break other sections. Optional approval steps let a manager review before publishing. Everything is tracked in a log, so you can see who changed what and when.
What does a corporate website cost?
A business website starts at ₹45,000 excluding GST. Corporate scopes with many sections, locations or languages are quoted after a free discovery call as a fixed written amount. That includes design, CMS setup, training and a month of support after launch.
