Event and wedding website development for planners, venues and organisers
Event microsites, RSVP and ticketing, digital invitations and planner tools built for Indian events, from a sangeet weekend to a ticketed conference.
An Indian wedding is a small logistics company that runs for three days. Guests arrive from several cities, families add names late, events are split across venues and everyone asks the same questions on WhatsApp. Event and wedding website development should remove those repeated questions, not add another page nobody opens.
We build for wedding planners, event agencies, venues, decorators and organisers of conferences, college fests and ticketed shows. Some need a public site and a booking funnel. Others need an internal tool for guests, vendors and payments. We scope each one on what your team actually handles.
Where event businesses lose time and money
Guest lists live in chat
RSVPs, meal choices and travel details arrive as scattered messages. The planner rebuilds the list by hand before every event, and headcount for catering changes the night before.
Each event needs a fresh site
A planner may run a dozen events in a season. Building a new site for each is costly, yet sending a PDF invite gives guests no schedule, map or updates.
Ticketing and entry are manual
Paid events collect money by bank transfer and screenshots. At the gate, staff compare names on paper, and duplicate or forged passes are hard to catch.
Vendors and budgets are scattered
Caterer quotes, decorator advances, photographer dates and venue holds sit in different sheets. A planner cannot easily say what has been paid and what is pending for one client.
What we build for event and wedding businesses
Event and wedding microsites
A private page per event with schedule, venue map, dress notes, travel and stay details and photos afterwards. Families can open it from a WhatsApp link, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
RSVP and guest management
Guests respond per function, choose meals, add plus-ones and enter arrival details. The host sees live counts, and the planner exports lists for the caterer and hotel.
Ticketing and entry check-in
Paid or free tickets sold through Razorpay or UPI, each with a QR code. Staff scan at the gate on a phone, and a used code is rejected, even offline for a short time.
Digital invitations
Designed invitation pages with music, video and a personal link for each family, so you know who opened it. Print and digital versions can share one design.
Vendor directory and enquiries
For venues and planners who recommend suppliers, a searchable directory by city, category and budget with enquiry forms. Vendors can maintain their own profiles after approval.
Planner CRM and budgets
Track a client from enquiry to final payment, with tasks, vendor payments, instalment reminders and documents per event. Teams see one status instead of five sheets.
How an event platform build runs
Discover
We follow one event from first call to the last guest leaving, and mark every list and message thread. We ask about peak days, since traffic arrives in bursts.
Define
We fix the guest fields, functions, ticket types, payment flow and who may edit what. You get a written scope and fixed quote.
Design
Pages are designed for elderly relatives on small phones as much as young guests. Templates let you reuse a look for many events without a new build.
Build
We build the event template, guest tools and check-in, then run a mock event with real staff phones. Payment and QR scans are tested end to end.
Ship & extend
We launch ahead of your first event with a rollback plan and support you for one month. Vendor directory and CRM modules can be added after the first season.
What it costs
A single event page fits the landing page anchor and a planner or venue website fits the business website anchor. Ticketing, check-in apps and planner CRMs are quoted after a discovery call.
- Number of events and functions
- Guest count and expected traffic spikes
- Ticketing and payment flows
- Check-in app and offline needs
- Vendor directory and CRM modules
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
Can each family get a personal invitation link?
Yes. Each family or guest receives a unique link that opens their invitation and RSVP form with the right functions shown. You can see who has opened it and who has replied, and send reminders to the rest on WhatsApp.
Will the site cope with everyone opening it at once?
Invitation pages are mostly static and cached, so they hold up well when a link is shared widely. Ticket sales are heavier, so we test the checkout under load before launch and tell you the traffic we planned for.
Can staff scan tickets without internet at the venue?
For a short time, yes. The check-in app can hold the ticket list on the phone and sync when the network returns. Offline scanning has a limit, since two phones cannot see each other's scans, so we recommend one gate per device.
Do you take payments for ticket sales?
We integrate Razorpay or UPI so the money goes to your own account, and we generate receipts. We do not hold funds. Platform fees and GST on tickets depend on your registration, so confirm with your accountant.
Can we reuse one design for many events?
Yes. We build an event template with themes, so a new wedding or conference is created by filling a form and picking a look. Heavily custom designs still need design time and are quoted separately.
How long does it take?
An event microsite takes one to two weeks. A planner website takes six to ten weeks. A ticketing app or planner CRM is scoped after a discovery call, since entry rules, payment handling and integrations vary a great deal between events.
