AI Solutions for Political Campaigns
Chatbots and automation that answer routine questions and sort incoming messages for a campaign team, within limits you set.
This page covers AI solutions for political campaigns: a WhatsApp or website assistant that answers routine queries, and automation that sorts incoming messages for your team. It does not generate persuasion content, impersonate people or create synthetic media. We will not build those, and election rules may restrict them. Every answer it gives must come from text you approved.
A busy campaign receives the same questions all day. Where is the rally, how do I register as a volunteer, whom do I contact about a local problem. A bot can answer those from approved text, and send the rest to a person. The value is in saving staff time, not in clever messaging.
What campaigns need from AI
Answers from approved text only
The bot should quote what the campaign has approved, such as event times and agenda points. It should not invent positions or promises.
Language that matches the voter
Queries come in Marathi, Hindi, English and mixed text. The bot should handle common forms and pass unclear messages to a human.
Sorting a flooded inbox
Messages range from volunteer offers to complaints to abuse. Automatic tagging lets staff see urgent items first.
Clear labelling and consent
People should know they are talking to an automated assistant. Messaging consent, platform policy and election rules are for you and your adviser to confirm.
What we build for campaign teams
Event and information assistant
Answers on events, venues, timings and how to join, drawn from a source you edit. Unknown questions go to your team with the chat attached.
Volunteer onboarding flow
A WhatsApp flow that collects name, area and availability, then adds the person to your volunteer list for a coordinator to follow up.
Message sorter for the team inbox
Tags incoming messages as volunteer, local issue, media or other, and routes each to a person. A human reads everything that matters.
Grievance intake assistant
Collects a citizen's issue, ward and contact details through a guided chat, then creates a record in your case register.
What it costs
The quote depends on channels, languages and how many systems the bot connects to. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are billed separately and depend on volume.
Questions we get asked
Will the bot say things the candidate has not approved?
It should not. We restrict it to answers from text you provide and approve, and send everything else to your team. We test with realistic questions first. Review the content regularly, since a bot is only as accurate as its source.
Can the bot send bulk WhatsApp messages to voters?
Bulk messaging has platform rules, consent requirements and possible election restrictions. We do not build spam tools. We can build opt-in updates for people who asked to receive them, after you confirm the rules with your adviser.
Can AI write campaign speeches or posts for us?
We do not offer that as a service. Our work is on assistants and automation for routine queries. Any text for public release should be written and approved by your team, who carry responsibility for it.
How do you handle abusive messages sent to the bot?
The bot can detect common abusive patterns, avoid replying and flag the chat to a person. It cannot catch everything. Your team stays responsible for moderation and for reporting serious threats to the proper authorities.
