Political campaign website and app development for candidates and parties
Candidate sites, constituency pages and intake forms for volunteers and supporters. Built for short timelines, heavy phone traffic and strict rules.
A campaign has a fixed date and no second chance at launch. Voters search a candidate's name on their phone, usually in Marathi, Hindi or another local language, and expect to find who the person is, what they stand for and how to reach the office. Political campaign website and app development is about answering those questions clearly and quickly.
We build the public site, the intake forms for volunteers and donors, and the simple back office your team needs to handle them. We stay neutral on politics and work with the campaign team on structure and function, not on message.
What goes wrong on campaign websites
A site that arrives too late
Teams start the website after the ticket is announced, then lose weeks on content and approvals. By the time it goes live, the first news cycle has passed and supporters have used a social media page instead.
Volunteers sign up and vanish
Sign-up forms often land in a shared sheet that nobody owns. A volunteer who offers help on Monday hears nothing by Friday and does not offer again.
Donation handling is unclear
Contribution rules, receipts and record keeping matter in a campaign. A payment link pasted into a post gives you money but no clean record of who gave, how much and for what.
Local language and low bandwidth
A site designed in English on a fast laptop fails the voter on a basic phone in a ward or village. Heavy videos, small text and unreadable Devanagari fonts lose that visitor.
What we build for political campaigns
Candidate and party website
A clear profile, agenda pages, news and press section, photo and video gallery, and contact details for the campaign office. Pages are written for a first-time visitor who has two minutes.
Constituency and ward pages
One page per ward, booth area or village cluster, with local issues, office hours, events and the person responsible. Visitors find their own area instead of a generic page.
Volunteer intake
A short form for skills, area and availability, with automatic acknowledgement and assignment to a coordinator. Coordinators see who is unassigned and who has not been contacted.
Donation and contribution page
UPI and card payments through Razorpay, with a receipt and a record the treasurer can export. Limits, declarations and disclosure wording are set by your legal adviser and placed where the law expects.
Event calendar and RSVP
Rallies, padyatras, meetings and office openings listed by date and area, with RSVP and a map link. Organisers can update a venue change in one place.
Multilingual content and WhatsApp sharing
English, Hindi and Marathi built in-house, with other scripts handled with native-speaker review. Pages are made to share well on WhatsApp with correct previews. We do not build bulk-message tools.
How a campaign build runs
Discover
We meet the campaign manager and the person who will own the content, and fix the election date, the languages and who approves what. We ask which legal adviser will review donation and disclosure text.
Define
We list the pages, forms and back-office views, and cut anything that cannot be ready before polling. You receive a written scope and a fixed quote, with a launch date worked back from the election.
Design
Pages are designed for phones first, with large readable local-language type and little video on the first screen. Your office approves the layout before we build.
Build
We build the site, forms and admin panel, and connect payments and email or WhatsApp acknowledgements. Your team tests volunteer sign-up and a small donation end to end.
Ship & extend
We launch with analytics set up, a backup plan and a fast way to publish updates, and support you for one month. Data is handed to the campaign and can be deleted when the campaign ends.
What it costs
A one-page candidate site starts at ₹17,500 and a full campaign website at ₹45,000. Volunteer management and donation back offices are custom software and are quoted after a discovery call.
- Number of languages and wards
- Volunteer and donor back office
- Event and RSVP features

All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
Do you take political projects for any party?
We build websites and tools for campaigns that follow the law, and we stay neutral on politics. We do not publish names of campaigns we work with, and we do not write messaging. We will decline briefs that involve voter profiling or spam.
Who is responsible for election rule compliance?
The campaign is. Content, disclosures, donation limits and any paid promotion must follow Election Commission rules and data-protection rules. We build the places where the required text appears and keep records, but your adviser decides the wording.
Can you send bulk WhatsApp messages to supporters?
We do not build mass-message or spam tools. We can set up consent-based updates, where a supporter signs up and chooses to hear from the campaign, with a clear way to stop. That keeps you inside platform and legal rules.
How is supporter data protected?
Data is stored with access limited to named campaign users, and forms collect only what you need. We use encrypted connections and regular backups. Your campaign decides how long data is kept, and we can remove it at the end.
Can the site handle a surge after a rally?
Yes, for normal campaign traffic. Pages are cached through a CDN, so a rally mention or a news link does not slow the site. Forms and payments are tested under load before launch. We will tell you if your expected peak needs more.
How fast can a campaign site go live?
A landing page takes one to two weeks and a business-style website six to ten weeks. If the election is close, we cut scope to what can be ready and add the rest after polling. We tell you the date plainly.
