Can you import our existing Excel contact lists?
Yes. We clean and import lists, flag duplicates and missing fields for your staff to review. The quality of the output depends on the source data, so some manual checking is normal. Review the duplicates list with a coordinator before final import.
Where is the data hosted, and who can access it?
We host on a server you approve, ideally in an account under your name. Access is by role-based login, and we do not access your data except for support you request. You can export everything at any time.
Will the system work when the representative changes office?
Yes. Data belongs to the office or party unit that commissioned the software. We can hand over administration to new staff, and you own the code, so a new team can continue it. We sign a plain handover note listing every account.
