Professional Services Website Development for CAs, Lawyers and Consultants

Credible websites and secure client portals for CA firms, law practices and consultancies. Built to respect your council's advertising rules and your clients' confidentiality.

Professional services website development is different from selling products. A new client is checking whether you look established, whether you answer questions plainly and whether their documents will be safe with you. Most CA, legal and consulting sites fail the second and third tests, because they read like brochures and run on email attachments.

NioDelta is a Pune studio working since 2017. We build practice sites and client portals for firms that handle sensitive paperwork. We also treat the rules that govern your profession as design constraints, since a site that breaches them is a liability. Expect questions about your council's rules and your document volume in the first call.

What professional firms struggle with online

01

Rules on advertising

Advocates, chartered accountants and other regulated professionals face limits on solicitation and claims. A template copied from a foreign firm's site can cross lines your council cares about.

02

Documents travel by email

Clients send bank statements, ITR documents and agreements by WhatsApp and mail. Files get lost, versions get mixed and nobody knows what was shared when.

03

Deadlines chase the team

GST returns, ITR, audits and court dates all have fixed dates. Staff spend days chasing clients for papers they need earlier.

04

Weak first impression

An outdated site with stock photos and a Gmail address undermines trust. Prospective clients check the site before they call.

Professional services website development with client portals

01

Practice website

Service pages, partner profiles, qualifications, office details and a plain contact flow. Content is written to match your council's rules, which you confirm before publishing.

02

Secure client portal

Clients log in to upload documents, view requests and download completed work. Each client sees only their own files, with a log of who accessed what.

03

Document checklists and reminders

Define a checklist per service, such as ITR or GST filing. The portal reminds clients by email or WhatsApp until the papers arrive.

04

Appointment booking

Clients book consultations by service and partner, with calendar sync and an advance payment option through UPI or cards. No-shows drop when a fee is attached.

05

E-signature and invoicing

Engagement letters signed digitally and GST invoices generated from the portal. Payment links go out with each invoice.

06

Knowledge section

Short explainers on notices, filings or contracts, written under your name and updated when rules change. These pages bring in the searches that match what you do.

When this is the wrong choice. If you are a solo practitioner with a small, stable client base, a one-page site with your credentials and contact details is enough. Do not build a portal until document chasing is clearly costing you hours every week. If a ready-made practice management tool already fits, use it instead.

How a professional services project runs

01

Discover

We map how a client moves from first call to final deliverable, and where papers get stuck. We also note your council's published guidance.

02

Define

Scope covers pages, portal roles, checklists, payments and a fixed quote. Content approvals by partners are scheduled.

03

Design

A calm, text-led layout that reads well on phones. No stock-photo clutter or claims you cannot support.

04

Build

The portal's security and access rules come before cosmetics. We test with sample client folders and staff roles.

05

Ship & extend

Launch, staff and client onboarding and a month of support. Additions often include reminders, new services or WhatsApp updates.

Questions we get asked

Can a lawyer or CA website advertise services?

Rules differ by profession. Advocates are bound by Bar Council rules on solicitation, and chartered accountants by ICAI guidance. We keep content factual and informational, and we ask you to confirm the final text against your council's current rules.

How is client data protected?

Files are stored encrypted, access is limited by client and staff role, and logins can use two-factor codes. Every upload and download is logged. We also build consent and retention notes in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Can clients pay fees online?

Yes. Invoices carry a payment link for UPI, cards or net banking, and paid status updates automatically. Advance fees for consultations can be collected at booking. Gateway charges apply and your accountant can match payments in Tally.

Will it work with Tally or our billing software?

We can export invoices and payment lists in formats that your accountant can import, or connect through available APIs. Direct Tally integration depends on your setup, so we confirm what is possible in the discovery call.

Can partners edit their own pages?

Yes. A simple admin panel lets partners update profiles, articles and notices without a developer. Publishing can need approval from a managing partner, which suits firms that review content before it goes live. This keeps content accurate and fast to change after launch.

Do you write the content?

We help structure and edit content you provide, and can draft first versions of service pages for you to correct. Professional claims and legal explanations must be approved by you, since you carry the responsibility.
