Questions we get asked
Can you digitise our old paper registers?
Partly. We import what your staff can type or scan into a clean sheet, then load it into the new system after a test run. Handwritten registers take time and need checking by someone who knows the entries. We agree upfront how many years of history to bring across.
Will it work with our accountant's Tally or similar software?
Usually yes, through exports in formats such as CSV or Excel that your accountant can import. Direct integration depends on the package and version. We confirm this during discovery, since your accountant should be comfortable with the output before we build.
What happens when trustees or office staff change?
The system keeps user accounts, roles and an audit trail, so a new secretary can see past entries and cannot silently change them. We hand over documentation and admin access to the trust, not to an individual, and recommend at least two admin users.
Is the data safe if our computer fails?
We set up automatic backups to a separate location and test restoring them. Hosting can be cloud-based, which avoids a single office computer holding everything. Access is by login with roles, and your trust decides who can see financial and personal records.
