Manufacturing Website Development for Industrial Companies

Websites for factories and industrial suppliers that help procurement teams find your products, check specifications and send a request for quotation.

This page covers website development for manufacturers: component makers, fabricators, packaging units, engineering shops and process industries. Your buyers are engineers and purchase managers who search by part, material or standard, then check whether you look like a dependable supplier.

Many factory websites are a brochure with a phone number. A procurement manager comparing five vendors needs more: product range, specifications, certifications you actually hold, capacity, and a simple way to request a quote. We build the site to answer those questions before anyone picks up the phone.

What manufacturers need from a website

01

Specifications that buyers can scan

Materials, tolerances, sizes, grades and standards belong in tables, not buried in a PDF. Engineers want to confirm fit in seconds and download a datasheet if they need more.

02

Proof you are a real, capable plant

Photos of the shop floor, machine list, quality process and certificates you genuinely hold build confidence. Buyers often check these before shortlisting a new vendor.

03

An RFQ route that captures the right details

A form that asks for quantity, material, drawing upload and delivery location saves the back-and-forth. Your sales team gets a usable enquiry, not a one-line message.

04

Export-ready presentation

Overseas buyers look for clear English, company registration details, shipping terms and contact hours in their time zone. A clean layout and fast loading from abroad both help.

What we build for manufacturers

01

Product and application catalogue

Pages by product family and by industry served, with spec tables, images and downloadable datasheets. Staff can add or edit products without developer help.

02

RFQ form with drawing upload

Enquiries carry quantity, material and attached drawings, and reach sales by email and the admin. Each gets a reference number you can quote back to the buyer.

03

Plant and quality section

A capability page covering machines, process steps, inspection equipment and certificates. We use your own photos, and we only show certifications you can document.

04

Multilingual and export pages

English with Hindi or Marathi where useful for local dealers, and export-focused pages for overseas buyers. Content is reviewed by native speakers for non-English text.

When this is the wrong choice. If your customers are only a few known OEMs who order through existing contracts, a simple one-page company profile may be enough. Spend on a full catalogue only when you want new buyers to find you.

What it costs

Starts at ₹45,000 (excl. GST) for a business website

A larger catalogue with many products and spec tables takes more content work, which affects the quote. A business website typically takes 6 to 10 weeks.

Questions we get asked

Should we show prices on a manufacturing website?

Usually not for custom or bulk items. Prices depend on quantity, material and tolerance, so an RFQ form works better. For standard catalogue parts you can show indicative prices or a starting price. We set this per product group.

Can we upload CAD files and datasheets for download?

Yes. We can host PDFs and common CAD formats for download, with optional login or a form before download so you capture the buyer's details. File size and format guidelines are agreed during design. We confirm the exact approach for your case during the free discovery call.

How do we get found by buyers searching for our parts?

We build in on-page SEO, structured product data, a sitemap and clean URLs so search engines read your catalogue properly. Rankings also depend on content and competition. We do not sell ongoing SEO as a service.

Can the site connect to our ERP?

A brochure site does not need to. If you want live stock or order status for dealers, that is a portal build, not a basic website. We scope it separately after understanding your ERP. We confirm the exact approach for your case during the free discovery call.
