Manufacturing website and software development for Indian MSMEs and factories
Product catalogue sites, RFQ handling, dealer portals and shop-floor tools for manufacturers who sell to other businesses.
A manufacturer's website is judged by an engineer or a purchase manager, not a casual browser. They want a drawing, a specification, a certificate and a quick way to ask for a quote. Manufacturing website and software development means making that path short, and connecting the quote to the plant's own records.
NioDelta is a Pune studio, and Pune and Nashik host many auto-component, engineering and packaging units. We build catalogue sites, RFQ systems, dealer portals and internal tools for such firms, and we connect them to the ERP or Tally you already use rather than replacing it. We say plainly where your vendor's system limits what can be connected.
What manufacturers struggle with online
Catalogue lives in PDFs
Specifications are in brochures and emails. Buyers cannot search by material, size or standard, so they pick the supplier who shows data clearly.
RFQs arrive in every channel
Quote requests come by email, phone and WhatsApp, without drawings attached or quantity stated. The sales engineer spends the day asking the same questions.
Dealers order by phone
Dealers ask about stock, price lists and dispatch status. Staff answer the same calls daily, and dealers get different prices on different days.
Shop-floor data is on paper
Production counts, rejections and maintenance are noted on sheets. Management learns about delays after the shift, not during it.
What we build for manufacturers
Product catalogue website
Searchable catalogue with specifications, drawings, certificates and downloads. Each product page is built to be found by engineers searching a part or standard.
RFQ and quote management
A structured request form with drawing upload, quantity and delivery location. Requests are logged, assigned and tracked until a quote is sent.
Dealer and distributor portal
Dealers log in to see their price list, stock, order status and credit balance, and place orders. Rules reflect the tiers you actually use.
ERP and Tally connectors
We connect the portal to your existing ERP, Tally or billing system through its API or scheduled export, so stock and invoices come from one source.
Production and quality tracking
Tablet or phone forms for production counts, rejections and downtime, with simple dashboards for the plant head. Works on a shared factory tablet.
Export enquiry pages
Multi-language pages with certifications, incoterm information and an enquiry form for overseas buyers, with a clear contact route in IST hours.
How a manufacturing build runs
Discover
We visit or call the plant, look at how an RFQ becomes a quote, and see which systems hold prices and stock.
Define
We fix the catalogue structure, dealer tiers, approval steps and the integrations with ERP or Tally. The quote covers each of these separately.
Design
The site is designed around part families and specifications. Dealer screens are plain, for staff who order often and want speed.
Build
We import catalogue data from your spreadsheets, build the portal and test the RFQ and dealer order paths against real examples.
Ship & extend
We launch with redirects and schema for products, support for one month, then add modules such as quality tracking when ready.
What it costs
A manufacturer's catalogue website starts at ₹45,000. A dealer portal or RFQ system is web app work and starts at ₹1,50,000, with ERP connectors quoted after discovery.
- Number of products and variants
- RFQ and approval steps
- Dealer tiers and pricing rules
- ERP or Tally integration
- Languages for export buyers
All prices exclude 18% GST. See also website costs and app costs.
Questions we get asked
Can the website show technical specifications?
Yes. We structure each product with specifications, standards, drawings and downloadable certificates. Buyers can filter by key attributes. Your team supplies the data, and we import it from your spreadsheets in bulk. Spec tables are written as real text, so engineers can read them and search engines can index them.
Can dealers see their own prices?
Yes. Each dealer logs in and sees the price list that applies to them, along with stock and order history. Tiers, discounts and credit limits are configured in the admin panel. Dealers can also download price lists and invoices, which cuts routine calls to your sales desk.
Do you integrate with Tally or SAP?
We can connect to Tally through its supported export and API options, and scope similar links to other ERPs. SAP and large ERPs need access from your vendor, so we assess feasibility in discovery. Tally and similar tools are connected by scheduled export or API, so no one re-types invoices.
Will overseas buyers find us?
A clear catalogue, product schema, fast loading and certifications help buyers who search for a part. We build the site to be search-ready. We do not sell SEO or export promotion as a separate service.
Can our staff update products?
Yes. The admin panel allows adding products, uploading drawings and editing specs without a developer. We train your team during handover and document the steps. Mistakes are reversible, because every edit is logged and an earlier version of a product can be restored.
How long will it take?
A catalogue website takes six to ten weeks. Dealer portals and ERP links take longer and depend on how clean your data and the target system are. The written quote gives a plan after the discovery call.
