Questions we get asked
Do I need a developer or can I use a theme alone?
A good theme covers most simple stores. You need a developer when you want custom product pages, unusual shipping rules, integrations with your stock system, or faster pages than the theme gives you out of the box.
Will you ask for my Shopify owner login?
No. We ask you to send a collaborator request through your Shopify admin, which gives us limited access that you can remove at any time. Your owner credentials, payment settings and bank details stay with you.
Can you set up Razorpay and cash on delivery?
Yes. We configure Razorpay or another gateway, UPI, and COD with limits or fees if you want them. We also test failed and pending payments, because that is where real orders get lost. We also add clear messages for customers when a payment fails.
What happens if my developer leaves the engagement?
We assign a replacement from our bench and brief them on your store through the notes and task history we keep. Notice and handover terms are written into the agreement, so a change of person does not stop your work.
Can you work with an existing store another agency built?
Yes. We start with a short review of the theme, apps and speed, then list what is worth keeping. You get the findings in writing before we recommend any rebuild. We also check whether the current theme can still take updates, and which apps can be dropped.
Is this the same as SEO or ads management?
No. We build the store with clean page structure, schema and redirects, but we do not sell SEO, social media or paid ads as a service. A developer seat is for building and fixing the store itself.
