Billing & Accounting Software built around GST and your workflow

Custom invoicing, ledgers and reports for Indian businesses whose billing does not fit Tally or off-the-shelf apps. Built with GST, e-invoice and UPI in mind.

Most Indian businesses start billing in Excel, move to Tally or Zoho, and then hit a wall. The wall is usually not accounting itself. It is everything around it: rate cards per customer, branch-wise stock, approval before an invoice goes out, or a sales team that needs to raise bills from a phone.

We build billing and accounting software for those gaps. Sometimes that means a full system with invoices, receipts, ledgers and GST reports. Often it means a billing layer that sits next to your existing accounts package and exports clean data to your CA at month end. Your CA stays in the loop throughout, so the books they receive match what they expect.

Where off-the-shelf billing tools stop working for you

01

Pricing rules the tool cannot model

Per-customer rates, slab discounts, contract pricing, or billing by weight, hours or usage. Packaged tools force you to override prices by hand, and every manual override is a place for a wrong invoice.

02

GST and e-invoice done in separate steps

Staff create the bill in one tool, then upload JSON to the IRP portal, then fix rejections. Time is lost and mismatches creep into GSTR-1 and 2B reconciliation.

03

No control over who can do what

A junior can edit a posted invoice, or a branch can see another branch's ledger. Real businesses need role-based access, approval steps and an audit trail that cannot be quietly edited.

04

Data trapped in one place

Billing in one app, stock in another, collections in a WhatsApp group. Owners end up asking for the same numbers three times a day instead of opening one dashboard.

What we build in billing and accounting software

01

GST-ready invoicing

Tax invoices, bills of supply, credit and debit notes, with CGST, SGST and IGST worked out from place of supply. HSN or SAC codes, reverse charge and round-off are handled by rules you can read and change.

02

E-invoice and e-way bill

Where your turnover requires it, we connect to a GST Suvidha Provider so the IRN and QR code come back on the invoice automatically. Failures are shown in plain language with a retry, not a silent error.

03

Ledgers, receipts and outstanding

Customer and supplier ledgers, receipts, part payments, aging reports and automatic reminders. Payment links for UPI or Razorpay can be attached to each invoice so collections close faster.

04

Reports your CA will accept

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B working sheets, sales and purchase registers, TDS summaries and day books, exported to Excel or in a format your accountant's software can import.

05

Multi-branch and role control

Separate branches, series numbering per branch, maker-checker approvals and a full log of who changed what. Owners get a combined view without seeing every ledger line.

06

Mobile and WhatsApp billing

Field staff raise a bill or a receipt from an Android phone, even on a weak connection, and the PDF is shared on WhatsApp. Sync happens when the network returns.

When this is the wrong choice. If you only need standard books for one company with a CA who already uses Tally or Zoho Books, buy that and pay the licence. Custom software starts to make sense when your pricing, approvals or volume break those tools. We will tell you on the discovery call if a packaged tool is enough.

How a billing system gets built, step by step

01

Discover

We collect five to ten real invoices, your rate sheets and last quarter's GST returns. That shows us the actual rules, not the ones people remember.

02

Define

We write down tax logic, numbering series, approval flow and report formats, and get your CA to sign off before any screen is drawn.

03

Design

Screens are designed for speed of data entry: keyboard friendly on desktop, thumb friendly on mobile. You click through a prototype using your own sample invoices.

04

Build

We build in short cycles and test against your old invoices. The new system must produce the same tax totals as your last filed return before we call it done.

05

Ship & extend

We migrate opening balances, run old and new in parallel for a billing cycle, and support you for one month. Later additions like new branches or an inventory module are scoped separately.

Questions we get asked

Can the software file GST returns directly?

We build the working data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B and exports your CA can upload. Direct filing needs a licensed GSP connection and your login consent, which we can add if you need it. Most clients prefer their CA to review before filing.

Do we need e-invoicing?

It depends on your aggregate turnover against the threshold the GST Council has notified. Your CA will know whether you are covered. We build the integration if you are, and leave it switched off if you are not.

Can it replace Tally completely?

It can, but we usually advise against a full replacement in phase one. Many clients keep Tally for final books and use our system for billing and collections, with a clean export between them. We can plan a full move later.

How do you protect financial data?

Role-based access, encrypted connections, daily backups and an audit log of edits. Posted invoices are locked, and corrections are made through credit or debit notes, as the law expects. Backups run daily, and we agree a restore test with you before launch.

Can staff bill from a phone with poor network?

Yes. The mobile app stores the bill on the device and syncs when the connection returns. Invoice numbers are reserved per user so two devices do not clash. Invoice numbers are reserved per user, so two devices never create the same number.

What happens when GST rules change?

Tax rates and rules live in settings, not buried in code, so a rate change is a small update. Larger rule changes are handled under a care plan, which starts at ₹3,750 per month. Your CA or our team can update rates when notifications change.
