NioDelta built Shiksha CRM, which combines school management, an admissions CRM and a parent app. We know the real pressure points: admission season, fee reminders, and parents who want an answer on WhatsApp the same day. We build for them, in English, Hindi or Marathi. We keep the parent side light, so it works on a basic phone.

Questions we get asked
Does it include an admissions CRM?
Yes. Enquiries from calls, forms and ads are tracked through stages such as enquiry, visit, application and admission. Staff get follow-up reminders, and management sees conversion by source. Shiksha CRM was built around this admissions flow.
Can parents pay fees through the app?
Yes. The parent app shows dues and sends a payment link for UPI or cards through Razorpay. Receipts are generated automatically and the fee ledger updates, which shortens the daily reconciliation for the accounts office.
Is the parent app available in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. We can provide English, Hindi and Marathi screens, and circulars can be sent in the language you choose. Language support is agreed during Define, since each additional language needs careful review of the text.
Can it print report cards in our format?
Yes. We replicate your school's report card layout, grading scheme and remarks sections, and generate PDFs in bulk for printing. Marks entry by teachers is checked against limits to reduce errors before results are published.
Is student data protected?
We use role-based access, so teachers see only their classes and parents see only their child. Connections are encrypted and changes are logged. The school owns the data and decides retention, and student information is never shared without the school's instruction.
Can we run several branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own classes, fees and staff, with a combined view for management. Multi-branch setups add scope, so we plan them in the quote and may roll out one branch first to learn what needs tuning.
