Questions we get asked
Can you stop students from pirating my videos?
Not completely, and anyone who says otherwise is overselling. We use signed streaming links, a watermark with the student's phone number, device limits and screen-capture blocking on Android. These deter casual sharing, but filming a screen with another camera cannot be prevented.
Which live class tool do you use?
We integrate a managed real-time video service sized for your batch, rather than building video from scratch. For very large audiences, a streaming mode with chat works better than a full meeting. We pick after learning your batch sizes and budget.
Can we run mock tests like entrance exam series?
Yes. Timed tests, sections, negative marking, rank lists and question-wise analysis are standard. Image-heavy question banks need careful import. Remote proctoring with camera monitoring is limited and quoted separately, since accuracy and privacy need care.
How do students pay in instalments?
We set plans where a part is paid at enrolment and the rest on due dates, with reminders and access rules if payment lapses. Razorpay handles UPI, cards and EMI. GST invoices are generated automatically if you are registered.
Can we start with web and add the app later?
Yes, and many clients do. The back end and course data stay the same, so adding the mobile app later costs less than starting over. If most of your students are on phones, we usually suggest launching both together.
Do we own the student data?
You do. Data lives in a database under your account, and you receive source code and an export on handover. We do not use your student data for any other purpose. Your privacy notice to students is your responsibility, and we help with the technical side.
